Behavioral specialists are responsible for providing one on one, face to face, intensive short term behavior modification and stabilization services provided in the client’s school or community. The goal is to work with the client within the school, community, home setting which meet SED criteria. The behavioral specialist implements interventions for supporting new and positive behavior. The behavioral specialist is supervised by a licensed clinical mental health professional.
CSCT therapists are responsible for providing clinical counseling services to youth clients and their families within the school and community setting through the CSCT services with L’esprit, Inc. They are also responsible for clinical consultation with a team approach with a behavioral specialist.
Lead clinical supervisor for the CSCT Program. Oversees all staff working providing services for client, coordinator for all outside support and resources for client. Supervises all clinical procedures, while providing direction and leadership.
