Randi Groff – firstname.lastname@example.org
Randi is a Montana native who graduated from MSU in 2006 with a BS in Health and Human Development. In 2007, Randi and her husband moved to northern California, seeking a change and chasing warmer weather. There, she attended California State University–Sacramento, where she graduated with a Master of Social Work degree in 2011. Throughout her time in California, she worked for a County Office of Education with foster and homeless youth, as well as for a local alternative high school as a School Social Worker. Upon moving back to Montana in 2014, she began working at Big Brothers Big Sisters as the Program Director, overseeing four mentoring programs within Park County. She began with L’esprit in October 2016, with the desire to focus her work on mental health. She is currently a Social Work Licensure Candidate (SWLC) and is working for L’esprit as an Outpatient therapist, and she has a caseload of clients of all ages. She enjoys working with clients of differing ages in a variety of different settings. In her free time, she loves hanging out with her husband and two adorable little girls, Cambria and Everleigh. She enjoys summer activities like floating the river, hiking, and camping, but she’s been ruined by mild California winters, so during the colder months, you can find her curled up next to the fireplace with a book or her crochet supplies. She was born and raised in the Livingston/Bozeman area, so although her thin skin longs for warmer weather, her heart’s desire to get back to her roots ultimately won out.
