Chantelle Plauché, LCSW/Administrator
Chantelle Plauché is the founder and executive director of L’esprit. She obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2006, and has since worked with a diverse range of individuals and families as a mental health counselor both in the schools and in her private practice. She has formed strong working relationships with many local organizations and school and community program leaders. Through her work, she became aware of the much larger, unmet need for further youth mental health services in the community, thus, giving her the idea for L’esprit which she opened in June of 2015. email@example.com
Maria Mulvaugh, SWLC/COO
Maria Mulvaugh has worked for L’esprit since January 2016. She has her Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a Masters in Social Work. She worked in the Non-Profit sector for ten years prior to returning to graduate school to focus on social work. Maria focuses her clinical work within middle and high school populations, with an emphasis on anxiety and trauma focused modalities. She is working with the Strong Star Network, helping to provide structured PTSD modalities to individuals with complex trauma histories.
Nicolle Bellerive, LCSW/ Clinical Supervisor
Nicolle has a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and a Masters in Social Work. She worked teaching in the Bozeman public school district and for Great Beginnings Montessori School. Her work with children who required a different educational experience started her journey with clinical social work in mental health. Nicolle has worked with L’esprit since the agency opened in June 2015. Her experience with the Park County School District started as a CSCT therapist with East Side School 2015-2016, Park High School 2016-2017 and presently as an Outpatient therapist and Clinical Therapist Supervisor. Nicolle is a certified Right Response Advanced Instructor in de-escalation and is a Board Certified Clinical Supervisor. Nicolle enjoys the typical Montana life style and outdoor amenities of the area, including hiking and running with her dogs, fishing, skiing, and playing in the Yellowstone River.
Janella Johnson, SWLC (June 2019), Adult Program Supervisor
Janella Johnson has lived in Livingston with her husband for 20 years; she has raised her son here and now he raising his own family here as well. She graduated from MSU with a Bachelors Degree in Community Health and during that time she completed an internship with a mental health crisis stabilization center. Janella will complete her Masters in Social Work graduate degree from Walla Walla University, Billings satellite campus, in June of 2019 and is certified in implementing EMDR therapy. Throughout her Masters of Social Work internship career, she has worked for L’esprit as an Adult Case Manager, an Adult Mentor, provided outpatient therapy, and assists in the group effort of implementing an Adult Day Treatment program for our community. In her spare time, Janella loves spending time with her family, reading, camping and yard/gardening work or doing just about any activity that gets her outside.
Courtney McInerney, LCPC/ Comprehensive School & Community Treatment Supervisor
Courtney is a Montana native who grew up in Great Falls. She received a B.A. in psychology from Carroll College in 2014, and began working as in adult case management for Center for Mental Health in Helena. She received her M.S. in Mental Health counseling from Montana State University in 2016, while completing a year-long internship as a behavioral health counselor at Community Health Partners in Bozeman and Belgrade. Courtney has worked as a CSCT therapist in Sleeping Giant Middle School since May 2016. When not working, Courtney enjoys spending time in the great outdoors of Montana hiking or playing with her dog Toolah.
Hallie Huff, Adminstrative Assistant
Hallie Huff has contributed her skills as an administrative assistant in assisting with start-up for L’esprit since 2015. Her experience includes developing marketing strategies, developing in-house administrative systems, organizing a multitude of training’s and offering direct support to the CEO and staff of the mental health center.
