Dean is a Livingston native and knows of no better place on Earth to live. He graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is currently enrolled in the Addictions Counseling graduate program at Montana State University. Ultimately, he intends to work with adults and adolescents with Substance Use Disorders and their families. He strongly believes that overcoming the barriers of addiction will strengthen the individual, their family, and the community. Currently, Dean works as an Adult Day Treatment group facilitator, Adult Mentor, and Youth Mentor. In his spare time, he loves to fly the big skies of Montana, hike, camp, and fish. He is also involved with the Shriners (Shrine Clown), Civil Air Patrol (pilot and communications) , and referees youth recreational, competitive, and high school soccer.
David Drake, SWLC
I began working at L’esprit in October of 2015 and since then have worked as a youth mentor, adult mentor, youth case manager, adult case manager, and outpatient therapist. Currently, I am working as an outpatient therapist and with Adult Day Treatment services. In June of 2017, I completed a Master of Social Work degree at Walla Walla University – Billings. Previously, I earned a BA in Psychology and an MA in Scandinavian Literature at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I spent four years as a teaching assistant and seven years as a program administrator. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, photography, playing drums and guitar, and hiking.
