Chantelle Plauché, LCSW/Administrator
Chantelle Plauché is the founder and executive director of L’esprit. She obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2006, and has since worked with a diverse range of individuals and families as a mental health counselor both in the schools and in her private practice. She has formed strong working relationships with many local organizations and school and community program leaders. Through her work, she became aware of the much larger, unmet need for further youth mental health services in the community, thus, giving her the idea for L’esprit which she opened in June of 2015. firstname.lastname@example.org
Maria Mulvaugh, SWLC/COO
Maria Mulvaugh has worked for L’esprit since January 2016. She has her Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a Masters in Social Work. She worked in the non-profit sector for ten years prior to returning to graduate school to focus on social work. Maria focuses her clinical work within middle and high school populations, with an emphasis on anxiety and trauma focused modalities. She is working with the Strong Star Network, helping to provide structured PTSD modalities to individuals with complex trauma histories.
Jennifer Lund, M.S., M.C.J. – Executive Administrator/Billing Manager
Jennifer Lund fulfilled a dream of hers and moved to Montana from Denver at the start of 2016. Although she is originally from Chicago, Jennifer has taken to the small-town Montana lifestyle. Jennifer graduated with her Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois University in 2006 and went on to pursue two master’s degrees. She graduated from Indiana State University with a Master of Science in Criminology in 2007 and continued her education in Denver. At the University of Colorado – Denver she completed a Master in Criminal Justice with a concentration on Domestic Violence in 2011. Jennifer began her career in youth corrections in Colorado but went on to work at youth residential treatment facilities where she found a career she was passionate about. After four years of hoping to move to Montana she relocated to Billings and worked at Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch for almost two years. Jennifer was then offered a position as a correctional counselor at Yellowstone County Youth Services Center. After getting married she accepted a position at L’esprit in 2018. She enjoys hiking, photography, painting, and lives here in Livingston with her husband Nick and their five dogs!
